Our Process
  • When arriving on site our technicians inspect and determine what is the best course of action.
  • We begin to pre-spray our cleaning solution we let it sit for a few minutes to break down and loosen the embedded contaminants. Sometimes pre-spray just doesn’t do it and it requires a bit of elbow grease. With a wide range of tools that the Rotovac 360i offers we can scrub your grout lines to help our cleaning solution penetrate further. 
  • Once the solution is applied, scrubbed and all the contaminants are loosened up we continue to rinse. We rinse and extract at the same time to maximize efficiency; one of the amazing qualities of having an extractor. Once we have completed the extraction process we wait for the floor to dry and final results are there.
